Job Description:
Candidates having experience in dealing with corporates sales in their respective product (Acquisition of new customers)
Main responsibility would be to acquire salary accounts and be able to Cross sell other bank products and achieve monthly /annual targets.
2-3 years of Direct Sales Experience
Knowledge of Retail Liability business is preferable.
It requires the candidate to source only large corporates with an employee strength of more than 200 employees
Self-driven & self-motivated who need not be pushed and taught basics of selling.
The role inculcates 80% of self-sourcing & 20% of team management
Will have 2 Corporate account managers to assist him/her in the process of mapping a corporate & getting a head-way to convert the corporate into Kotak Bank’s customer.
This is not a man-management role.
