We are looking for 200- young, qualified, energetic and active minds to be partners in the growth of the Bank as Agriculture Officers in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I.

Number of Posts: 200 Vacancies

Job Role:
To promote rural lending in general and agriculture lending in particular under various schemes framed by Government and the Bank. To process large and mid-agro proposals, liaison with different Govt. Bodies / Authorities, organize promotional activities like credit camps / exhibition, analyse trends through business data and suggest ways to consolidate the Bank’s market share in Rural – Agro lending. To develop various rural / agri-lending products in the current changing market scenario.

Selection Process:
Selection will be on the basis of performance in Written Test and Interview. The details of Written Test and Interview are as under:

Eligible candidates will be required to appear for written test comprising of Objective Tests on i) Agricultural Science, ii) Quantitative Aptitude, iii)Reasoning, iv) General Socio-economic & banking Awareness, & v) English.

The Written Test paper will be printed in Hindi and English version (except Test on English). Candidates may refer to any of the version.

Depending upon the number of candidates against the vacancies, the Bank would call for interviews in the ratio of 1:3/1:4 as the case may be provided the SC/ST/PWD candidates have secured minimum 35% marks and other candidates have secured minimum 40% marks in the written test.

Final selection will be on the basis of the ranking accorded after adding the marks obtained in the Written Test and Interview.

Other detailed information regarding the written examination will be given in the “Acquaint Yourself” booklet which will be made available to the candidate along with the call-letter.
