Job description:
The Data Team is responsible for ensuring timely set-up of securities , as per SLA, based on requests from various groups within Asset Management.
Excellent technical understanding of the Asset Management business is expected, including strong knowledge of security types (includes equity and equity related products, derivatives and fixed income (corporate, government, mortgage and municipal bonds) and characteristics, data related issues (effecting interest pay downs, trading and compliance alerts), data vendors like Bloomberg and IDSI, financial markets and trading processes
At least 1 year of securities set up & data maintenance experience, knowledge of market / settlements both US & International in Asset Management, Prime Brokerage or similar operation
