Job Description :
- Manage recovery of credit cards portfolio
- Achieve monthly ageing & collection targets
- Open additional channels of recovery.. skip trace, legal, etc
- Manage escalations.
- Negotiate with past due accounts for debt recovery
- Closely monitor and follow-up overdue accounts for timely resolutions.
Desired Profile :
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate /Post Graduate.
- At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Good knowledge in collection/recoveries management..
