Job Description:
Control Management for Processes
Responsible for managing UW Support Processes
Follow up with GOs, Service Centres and Field for timely closures of cases
Follow up with IT for timely closures
Devise and implement new processes as per business requirements
Vendor management and QC over vendorâs outputs
Data capture and analysis for UWS processes
Resolution and RCA for Queries / Complaints

Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline
