Job Description : Error Free Data Capture and Processing of day to day trade transactions-Letter of credit, Bank Guarantee, Imports and Exports, as per procedures and processes to meet SLA’s for processing
Transaction compliance with internal and external controls to meet set standards on customer service delivery
inputting of vouchers in FCC (Flex Cube Corp), FCR(Flex Cube Retail) and SWIFT for output remittances, arrange and update trade documents and give them for audit
Assist in implementing new products and processes, meet set quality standards by adhering to internal and regulatory control, thereby provide effective customer service
Desired : Familiarity with turboswift and ISO awareness
knowledge of core banking system (UBS-FCC module), FEMA and master circulars-RBI
